My name is David A. Spitzley. I'm the webmaster and research coordinator for C2BE, and since I'm the guy setting up the forum, I'm the first person to introduce himself. I work as a database and web developer, but I received my PhD in economics from Wayne State in 2007. While I don't live in Detroit, I have a strong affinity for the city, and work with C2BE because I think helping communities in the city rebuild the wealth they've lost in the past is the best way to counteract the injustices of the last several decades, and return the city to greatness to boot.
